Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Rwt Gmbh 6050 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Schunk products, including obsoleted and phased-out Saginaw-Control parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sanyo product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Schunk such as the 105306 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 580836 manufactured by Saginaw-Control and we are pleased to be able to service most Saginaw-Control systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DS020M512A00 by Manufacturer Sanyo as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Schrader Brand FW2B1084212500 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Schunk such as 3220 equipment made by Schunk have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available 300611 made by Schunk as well as the popular CIMR08AS30020 original spares produced by Saftronics

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AP3M250BTCT by Sanyo and 3220 spares by Schunk are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
